Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@yummylights.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Jūrkalnes iela 15/25, Rīga.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Custom and Personalized Items
Please note that only pre-made, ready-to-ship products are eligible for return. Custom or personalized items, such as individually designed neon signs, acrylic decors or cake toppers, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Take into account, that custom made goods, for example, decors with your chosen name, colour or font personalisation of any decor, cannot be returned to the seller or exchanged for other goods, as the one you ordered was made custom for you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us by email: hello@yummylights.com, within 14 days of receiving the goods. The buyer bears the cost of returning the product, except when the reason for the return is that the product does not correspond to the order (for example, the wrong or damaged product).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
