The price of a personalized LED neon sign is determined by two main factors: the amount of text or design complexity and the desired size of the sign. For a precise quote, check out our “Design Your Own Sign” section!

You can create your LED neon sign in our “Create Your LED” section. Alternatively, you can send us your logo, design, or a description of what you want to see on your LED sign. We’ll prepare design options for you to choose from, and make revisions until the design is just right. Once the order is confirmed and payment is made, production begins. Standard production time is 10 business days (this may vary depending on the order). Please note that delivery time is not included in the production time.

Yes! We offer express production options. Please contact us beforehand to discuss your needs, as an additional fee may apply. The production time must be agreed upon before placing your order.

LED neon signs are mounted on walls using decorative spacers (included in the package) or hung up. A transparent power cable runs from the sign to a dimmer (included for brightness adjustment) and then to a power adapter, which plugs into a socket. A battery pack for cordless use can be purchased separately.

The standard cable length from the sign is about 2 meters, with an additional 2-meter black cable from the adapter.

LED neon signs last approximately 50,000 hours or 3–7 years if left on 24/7. You can significantly extend the lifespan of your sign by not keeping it on continuously and by dimming it to 80% brightness using the dimmer.

LED neon is a durable, flexible, energy-efficient, and modern alternative to traditional glass neon. Unlike glass neon, which is made from glass tubes, LED neon uses LED strips encased in silicone. LED neon is not only more energy-efficient but also safer, as it doesn’t get hot and is less fragile, making it a more cost-effective option.

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, issues may occasionally arise during shipping. Please check your order within 24 hours of receipt and report any damages to hello@yummylights.com, including photos of the damaged item in its original packaging.

Personalized LED neon signs created using our online tool or designed by our artists cannot be returned or exchanged. These signs are made to your specific requirements, including style, font, size, color, and shape, and therefore cannot be resold or reused.

We offer up to a 24-month warranty on LED signs when used according to the provided instructions, which accompany the product. The warranty is valid only if the sign is used with the included dimmer and adapter. Indoor signs should not be used outdoors or in wet conditions, as this may void the warranty.

Our acrylic signs do not come with pre-drilled holes for hanging. We recommend using 3M double-sided adhesive tape for mounting on walls or doors. Do not use tape on wallpaper or stickers. If you want to mount your sign on wallpaper, we recommend choosing the option to have holes drilled in the sign so it can be attached with decorative spacers.
